The face muscles and anatomy
As I will be placing my prosthetic design onto the lower cheek, I have chosen to look at the muscles and the structure of the face for reference on the design and to show how the skin would melt away from the muscles during an acid burn. Below shows the direction in which the muscles grown, this will help me whilst I am designing my prosthetic because I will be able too accurately estimate what will happen to the skin if it was burnt with as=cid and melted down the face; the muscle structure may be damaged and show through in the skin.
